    Using endnote, which is free to students, you search for the book on a database, such as TCD library, set your referencing style to Harvard, and it does it all for you.

    I did it quickly for you and it gave:

    AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION. 2000. Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders : DSM-IV-TR, Washington, American Psychiatric Association.
