After months of trying to make a decision, I'm going to get a low wattage combo tube amp. I'm either going to get a Bugera V5 or a Vox ac4tv. I just wonder what are people's opinions or do they favour a different low watt amp.

this is off topic but I recently got a Big Muff pedal as I'm a big John Martyn fan, I'm just wondering if people know what kind of settings he used, thanks.

I have the Bugera V 22 & couldnt be happier with it.
Had it over a year with no issues. I use it at home mostly with the odd outing so volume is mostly kept low
I run it on the clean channel with the amps reverb & add pedas, the od channel sounds great with a good boost pedal
Havent had an ac 4, but have owned an Epi Valve jr , Vox Lil Nightrain, Blackstar HT1r, Blackstar HT5 & WEM Clubman so I know what Im looking for in a low watters
A cranked amp with a reverb pedal in front dont sound good & the Bugera V5 has built in reverb, that was one of the main reasons I sold most of the above named amps.

You need to try them for yourself though, Perfect Pitch in Exchequer St sell the Bugera
You could also consider the VHT special 6 which would also be very good, but no reverb

The V5 gets some dodgy reviews, it doesn't sound like the v22 apparently which gets rave reviews. I've payed the AC4 and wasn't blown away, sounds very boxy and it sounds terrible with the power switch. The VHT Special 6 is a stellar amp, but you can only get drive from it when it's cranked, and there's no reverb. Also, it benefits greatly from a tube change.

Might be better off saving an extra few quid and going for a Blackstar or something along those lines.

Cant comment on the V5 as I said i have the V22 which is about an extra €100
Blackstar ht1 while has reverb has no headroom & breaks up too early imho
Ht 5 would be better but I didnt like it
VHt special 6 is handwired & gets great feedback, planning to get myself one instead of hauling the Bugera around
it seems about the best value around at the minute

I was actually thinking if I got a bugera would it be totally pointless getting a delay pedal. Also people seem more into the vox nightrain than the vox ac4tv. Any thoughts on the ibanez tubescreamer amp. Also just want to add the music I like is country/roots/soul music.

I think from months of searching I'm just going to go with my original choice of an orange tiny terror head,it would be worth the saving. can someone recommend a cab to go with it,1x12 or a 2x12 not looking for something ear shattering only would be playing to small rooms, thanks.
