    Hi, does anyone know if the National Reserve for entitlements is open for 2013. I can't find any information on it. Thanks

    Great, all I fecking need. The government don't like to give young farmers a start to get going yet they will still pay out to farmer's in their 70's with unproductive land and methods. Change, I think is needed.

    Is there a deadline for applications? And is this a once off application - like will they allow access again in 2016?
