It's given up the ghost. Was on to live chat twice and went through the steps to try and re-set it but nothing worked. Asked for a replacement (as it's under a year old) and was told that they had no access to Irish accounts on live chat and to ring instead :mad:. Spent 26 mins on hold yesterday before I gave up. Tried…

Tried again this morning, on hold for 8 mins and got cut off :eek:. Getting annoyed now. I'm not prepared to waste money on these phonecalls. Anyone any other number apart from 0818719819?
