That convex lens will give it a super throw, so cheap it is unreal.

Is it more a tactical type light? I have a surefire 6P LED and a Fenix T1, both tactical type lights and they have a big wash as well as a descent throw. This means that while they are great a short range, when attached to a rifle they light up you immediate vicinity as well as throwing the beam.

And clive, have you dealt with that company in your link before?

Cheers Chiparus for those links and that the Torch is not worth any more than $10 or so.:mad:
I only saw the link on FB and put it up here.

I have one of those torches off E-aby and they are only good for .22lr range of shooting IMO

That light had all the ingredients to be a good light in theory, its the convex lens and the same cree that is in my nightmaster so it seems plausible you can hit 300 meters seens as the nightmaster hits 800 and its not a whole lot bigger looking ,****ing scamming *****

I have used the torch in the orig post (Heider) on this thread, it's ok. But be very sceptical about what manufacturers state for distances. The torch in question on this thread does not reach 300 yards never mind 300 metres.
Also the spill in the (Heider) is big even on a tight focus, so glare in your scope is a big issue.
