48months internet tethering help

Hi i am entering the area of tethering! Basically 48months.ie have a new deal which is €15 for 15gb for the month, this deal says it is only for the phone.

1.If i put my sim card into a usb dongle will the internet work?

2.I have got in contact with 48 and they said they do not support tethering however they will not elaborate on support as it the network can support it or they do not encourage it

3.There is also the possibility of being tracked and your account suspended, if any has any information and could help in this predicament it would be great thank you

It should work - but like they said - if it doesn't you're on your own.

Their old terms and conditions made it clear if you overuse it they will take action.
