PAYE anytime error - Numbers do not match

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I am trying to request a P21 using PAYE Anytime. First step involves entering my Pay and Tax details. Then I proceed to Step 2, enter my USC Pay and UCS deducted. However, when I enter the figures correctly, I get a message in red on the screen saying "numbers do not match".

I know of others that this has happened to and they had to ring Tax Office to resolve. Is there any online solution to this?

The figures have to be entered twice and must match .- Its just asking you to confirm the amount you entered first time round .

So make sure you remember whether you entered decimal points or just full figures
