Favoritism in the Workplace

Do you see it? How well does one employee get treated compared to the rest. Where I work, there is one woman who regularly takes 90 minutes for lunch and the boss says nothing to her but sends us angry emails if anyone else is a few mins late. Another employee can pretty much do nothing all day but have GAA debates with others but because he plays soccer with one of the top brass his mistakes and laziness is just laughed off.

I think thats pretty bad but maybe there is even worse cases out there, whats the worst you have seen of favortism in the workplace? :(

Maybe you should go play soccer with the boss too.

The more rimming you do in work, the easier your life is; especially in MNC's.

If you spent as much time working as you do looking at what others do the management would probably give you preferential treatment too.

Bosses overlook 10% of the mistakes you make if you make sure that they notice that you use boards.ie. Or subtly drop it into conversation.:pac:
