No they will be carried over to his fill license. The driver number stays the same on your full and learner permit. They will cease at the beginning of the third year after they were gotten.

How did he get 6 points ? :eek:

I thought that once you got six point on a learner permit, you were banned. At least that was the plan, did it ever make the transition into law?
