Casual Payments.Problem with dockets!

    Hi there.On 5th of march I sent docket( x and o ) to my social welfare office with dates covering from 28/2 to 6/03.I put 2 dockets to 1 envelope .My docket and my wife's docket as she is claiming as well.My wife got cheque as normal but I did not.When I rang office above officer said that I have never sent my docket!When I explained that for the last 4 months Im putting 2 dockets to 1 envelope it is impossible that my docket was not delivered as my wife's was.It happened 1st time ever and I hope last time.Social Welfare officer was very rude over the phone and unhelpful.I hope my case will be investigated because it can happened again.Is there any chance to get my payment?Is there any way to complain about it?
