Two men have been arrested by gardaí investigating an armed robbery at Clare Hall Shopping Centre on the Malahide Rd in Dublin.
A man, believed to be armed, approached and threatened a cash in transit employee to hand over a cash box at 10.30am.
The man fled the scene in a waiting car, which drove towards the Malahide Road.
Gardaí arrested two men, aged 28 and 29, after receiving a call that they had been acting suspiciously on the N32.
The garda helicopter, garda dog unit and armed units were used during the search.
All the cash and the cash box were recovered, while a firearm was discovered close by.
A burnt out car was located a short time later.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Coolock Garda Station.
The use of the garda helicopter is believed to have resulted in three flights being diverted from Dublin Airport.

Bloody brilliant result, and nice to see all the specialised sections gelling so well.
