Just wondering if I have done anything wrong here but even though my box is left in standby at night when I turn it on in the morning it says searching for listings, this only ever happened if I plugged it out from the mains, anyone any idea what it is.

that box is quite new, I have a an OLD pace and when switched on it says fleetingly, searching for listings so I just wait a few secs. I have not seen it reported re the DRX890. If its a nuisance you could try a forced software download and that would reload the new software. To do a forced software update. Switch off box with remote. Unplug from wall socket. Leave it for 10 mins. Then this is a bit tricky. You need to press the backup button on the box, hold that in, then plug box into wall socket. Keep pressing the backup button and after a little while all the lights at front of box will light up and a message should appear onscree. software updating etc. once complete screen will go blank and you should be able to switch on box with remote.

NB before you start check the current version of the software in the box and note it down. then you can check back to see if you got a newer version.
