Chinese Business Visa

    I may need to get out to China over the next couple of days. I know the 'express' visa option takes 2/3 working days, but I'm wondering if anyone's managed to secure a speedier turnaround time than that.

    I have all the necessary forms and accompanying documentation as required. (Stamped letter of invite etc.)

    Any advice appreciated.

    I went in on a Wednesday with application, collected it the following day (Thursday). Be aware they don't open on a Friday for application or collection.

    Assume you have your confirmed flight. (Booking reference)

    I won't know whether I'll have to travel until tomorrow, so tickets aren't booked yet. The Embassy won't open again 'til Monday, which will probably prove too late. Looking at HK as a possible alternative now.
