    Anybody doing this in July?

What type of bike is best suited to the course? I heard that the Council were laying a track on part of the old railway but not sure if this has happened.

A hybrid would be most suited to the terrain.

Hoping to do this as well as Gaelforce North, I have not checked out the area yet but i would hope i could use the same bike for both. I have a racer. Not buying a new bike so will have to travel the course before signing up. Did you get to check it out yet?
