    I'm looking for a link to the actual wording of the ancient order of hibernians criteria for who can or can't march in the New York City parade. We all know that the lgbt community is not welcome but I'm trying to find where this is actually worded.

    I did see a list of criteria for bands marching in the parade a few years ago but now I'm hitting a wall.

    Does the AOH still have a writen ruling or have they deleted them all in the hopes that no one will notice their discrimination.

    Are any Irish dignatries being "honoured" at this years NYC parade?

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

    Anything I've seen implies it's not, and never was written down.

    Have an article; http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/cifamerica/2012/mar/16/gay-ban-st-patricks-day

    The actual parade rules are ridiculous;
    The only banners allowed are ones identifying the unit or "England Get Out of Ireland

    I think Enda Kenny will be there

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    Kenny might be showing his priorities in NY but Gilmore refused an invite from the Hibernians in Georgia: http://www.thejournal.ie/eamon-gilmore-all-male-dinner-savannah-834916-Mar2013/

    Fair dues to the man.
