Who is thinking about ordering Nikon D7100?

    It will be available in some places from tomorrow so I was wondering are you interested in this camera and where is the best place to order. The best price in Dublin at the moment is €1250 body only or €1450 with kit lens (Camera Centre).

    So far I like everything about the camera except no LCD cover.:mad:

    I'll either wait for 6 months to allow the early adopters do a thorough QC for me, or buy a D90 second-hand tomorrow (Im still using a D70s) and wait for the D7200. Probably the D90.

    I'm thinking of upgrading to it from a D90. Not sure when i will get it though.
    Would like it straight away but I think I will wait a while to see if there are any problems with the first batch. Also I'm emigrating in a few months so it might work out cheaper duty free or in Canada.

    Well, I did what I said and picked up a 2nd hand D90 yesterday. So it's the D7200 for me around 2016 :)

    Good choice on the D90 - I absolutely love mine! If you can get your hands on a Nikon 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5 you'll have a lovely combination!

    I just bought a D7000. By all accounts a great camera and it's taken a nice price drop because of the D7100. Got mine for 780 euro delivered from amazon. IMHO it was not worth the few hundred extra for the incremental improvements of the D7100.
