Looks good but as with most of these things how will it perform in the RoI?

Android version has mixed results for ROI as far as I can see

Would be very surprised if Google start giving more services to apple. Isn't that their competitive advantage?
Works a dream outside of Ireland, works ok in Ireland.

Works quite well here on my Android device's.

Weather and Sport information is pretty dead on, rarely has a problem with my accent and even rarer gives me bad info.

Compared to Siri or S-Voice it's absolutely fantastic, but it doesn't tie in well with a lot of the other services it has, such as public transport etc.

    It's a double-edged sword for Google ...
    1. The more information that it gathers, the better (i.e. more accurate) it's search and products like "Now" can become.
    2. ???
    3. The more people that use their search and other products, the more ads they can sell. (Phase 3: Profit).

They run the calculated risk of perhaps enticing people over to Android (get them used to some of the features and then reel them in) and then people sticking with iOS because a key feature is available (and still making some money off their searches).
