Tax on rental income - how much would an accountant charge to do?

Hi there, Just trying to budget for the year ahead - and I know I have alot on over the coming year. Pay and File tax returns (on rental income) - does anyone know, approx, how much I would be looking at an accountant doing that for me? Thanks! Colette

One Irish property, properly registered with PTRB, no major repairs arguments.

PAYE income, Deposit interest CU Divs only other income.

€200 - €250 plus VAT
