    This looks interesting. I have a strong feeling deep down that this 'listen to your body' stuff, and repeated, shuffling recovery runs trying to recover from workouts that are not perhaps as hard as they should be is not the best way to train....

    Unfortunately, my own history of frequent injury doesnt make me the best preacher. So i'll be following this log with interest.
