[Available] Double Room in Beaumont

    Me and 4 other students are renting a 4 bedroom house in Beaumont at the moment, sadly one of us is moving out on the 5. April. So I have a double room available starting then.

    The room will be available for at least 4 months. Rent is 375€/month. The house has a large garden, central heating and fast UPC Internet. Bills are usually 30-50€/month depending on the season. The house is 20 minutes walk from DCU and 20 minutes bus ride to TCD (bus stop is right around the corner).
