I am Currently in a dispute with an internet provider for a sum of €195. I just received two letters form Cmos credit management demanding the full amount & saying they were sending a local debt collector to call to my house.
I just wanted to know what legal rights have they to collect in person if any!! & has anyone else dealt with this crowd & will they follow up on this?

    Cheers Brian

Transfer of debts is usually linked to or mentioned on/in your original contract.
