    Can someone please explain why the above is not available in Ireland?? & why using this debit card it's cheaper to book & pay for flights with Aer Lingus & Ryan air??.

    Visa Debit cards are now the norm with most Irish banks, and it's more or less the same as Visa Electron with an overdraft facility also.
