Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I'd say some of you guys could help me.
Does anyone know the business term for when supermarkets get in opticians and pharmacies into their stores to entice customers in so they spend more money in the store while waiting for their drugs, glasses etc?
I thought it was "the halo effect" but it's not.
Just cannot think of the term. If anyone can help i would really appreciate.
