    Hi,

I've just setup a new account online, I'm also looking to order a climote and have it added to my bills... How soon can I do this?

    Hi unklerosco,

To be eligible to have the cost of climote added to invoices in the form of bi-monthly installments (€29 per bill) you would need to have been an Electric Ireland customer for the past 12 months paying by direct debit (see the Ts&Cs here). For all other customers climote must be purchased up front. However, even with this option you can currently get €100 off the RRP of €399. Plus, it also
    • Includes your first year's subscription fee of (RRP €36) absolutely free
    • Includes installation
    • Includes free demonstration, and
    • You don’t need to be an Electric Ireland customer to avail of this offer

If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

    Thanks,

    David
