Hi there Im looking for something for my 12 year old to wear for his confirmation. He is 5ft 8 and skinny (and very handsome if i so say so myself). I havent really a clue as I want him to look trendy but at same time no point in spending a fortune as he'll probably have outgrown the clothes by next month! Was thinking along lines of maybe a casual blazer (saw gorgeous one in Zara but 80 yoyos so thats a no!) and a tshirt and chinos? I would love any ideas - thanks.

What does he want to wear?

My nephew is being confirmed this year too and the general trend seems to be chinos, shirt & blazer going by last year's outfits and going by what he wants to wear himself. Smart but slightly casual.

Next have some nice stuff. However if you have any friends or family who had a son for confirmation last year it might be worth seeing if you could borrow. It would be a shame to spend a lot on something that he will wear for a couple of hours.
