    Hi.

I know this has been linked here some time ago.
It was UK gov site which stated that in case of car being sold for export, dealer is obliged to hand over V5C to the buyer.
However I can't find it at the moment, and I can't find the appropriate thread here on boards.
Maybe someone remembers where it was and could give me a link.

    Thanks

Go to the DVLA website, enter 'export' into the search box and download the PDF 'Your registration certificate (V5) and you'. I'm sure there's an easier way, but I don't know it!

Print off INS60 at the address below. The instruction is on page 8 - selling to someone without a GB address. Now, what are you buying?

    Thanks a million.
You both pointed out to the same pdf ;)

It says clearly what to do, but only in case of private sale. Nothing mentioned about dealers, but I know it should work the same for dealers.

I'm not certain yet what I'm buying as I have 2 or 3 cars too look at and decide.
    Thanks for help.
