need help breaking ends :(

    hey guys my hair keeps breaking at the ends and i dont no why , i use the best shampoo /condit redken i have a good balanced diet and i only straghten my hair about once a week and there still breaking i dyed my hair couple times but havnt now in 5 months and no bleach used any tips how stop it :)

    yes i do trim it aboy 7 weeks :) its just so weak at the bottom

    Maybe you need to take extra vitamins or supplements. Even with the best diet you might still need something extra. You could try taking cod liver oil tablets or have check up with your Doc to see if you might need something.

    I find Coconut Oil works wonders for my hair.
    I've long blonde hair, to my bra strap and I get highlights every 3-4 months. I had the same problem last year and I started using Coconut oil - I melt a few table spoons on the microwave for 30 sec and then apply it to my ends. I tie my hair back for a few hours or leave overnight if I have the time and then just shampoo as normal after, I tend to shampoo twice so I get it all the oil out and my hair isn't greasy.

    I also tend not to straighten my hair very often now, for work I usually have a ponytail/bun/plate so by cutting down on straighteners its helping to.

    I know how you feel, there is nothing worse than your hair breaking.
