Hey guys, just noticed I have a small abcess on my gum. The tooth needs to be extracted but as it was causing no pain I was in no rush. So what I'm wondering now is, is this now going to get way worse and cause pain or will the body deal with the small abcess? I'm going to get it extracted but was going too wait till after paddys day if I could... What you think?

One week isn't going to make a major difference, but do get it sorted ASAP. Don't put it on the long finger...

Maybe St Patrick could banish it for you.
