Social Welfare at 18 years old?

I turned 18 last week. I live with my parents. Done my leaving cert in 2012. Done terrible. Have no chance of ever doing third level education. I've never had a job. I've applied for 3 FAS course and have sent off several CVs but got absolutely nothing.

Is there any chance I can get welfare payments?
