    Hi everyone,

I am a young man who has had issues in the past with anxiety, stress and for a short period, depression.

I have been struggling the past 3 years to complete my Bachelors Degree in University in Dublin and have gotten to the last few weeks and my motivation/determination has suddenly plummeted.

I have a heavy workload with a lot of continuous assessment and exams at the end of the year too. With my previous reactions towards stress, I hope I don't collapse altogether.

To this point I am doing well, however I find my motivation and determination is waning.

Does anyone have any information or help with regards to powering on through for the next few weeks? I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks for all replies.

Personally I find motivation is what makes me decide to do something.
A system is how I go about doing it.
So there's not a daily emotional "fire-burning inside" type of drive which makes me study. I put a study-plan together and stick to it.

Once the plan is in place, I know that's it is the most realistic amount of study I need to do to attain my goals. I park my stress by trusting in the system/plan. For me stress only kicks in when you are not in control or fall behind or worry that "you are not doing enough"?
