    Well, it's supposed to be fair and equitable, but seems far from it. It's clear from the map that the main indicator of band will be where you live.....end of.
    Dublin = More Expensive; Mayo = Less Expensive.

    Honestly, a window tax would give a better indicator of the worth of your house/property.

    On reflection, this can't be the end of the story. They had a seperate rate for houses over 1 million in value - this is not reflected on the map provided. It must just be an extremely (extremely) loose (and useless) guide.
