Hi lads, been neglecting the 22-250 by reaching for the swift for last while so decided to get it ready for some long range bunnies and fox calling for the stretch in the evenings we ll be getting shortly.
Dropped it into an aics I had and stuck on a leupold long range 8.5-25x50 on it.And here she is..the varminator:D

Zerod rifle at 100 yards and had good clear bogbank with backstop ranged at 182 yards so tried group with some 55gr blitzkings a lad loaded for me. He measured my chamber aswell so as to get the best accuracy. He did a good job here is an 8 shot group at 182 yards.

Lovely looking rifle and accurate too.
What type of barrel and twist is it ?

Its a 24" border 1/11 twist. Its able for the heavier rounds but shoots the 55grainers very well. Its heavy though but to quote borris the blade from snatch."heavy is good, heavy is reliable. if it doesnt work you can always hit them with it":D
