    Their contact number connects you to a completely different company which has nothing to do with accommodation.

    They have an option to contact them through skype but this connects you to a prerecorded message in French.

    Emailed them and received an email 4 days later asking me to be patient, nothing sense. It now seems they have blocked me from emailing them as my messages are been sent back undelivered.
