    I hope you are well. I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who is interested in working for Eli Lilly as an engineer. What type of person do they employee and what traits do they look for in a person? Also what is their culture and mindset?

    Hi I have an interview Monday with Eli Lilly for an Operator role. Anyone here been through the process? I have been told that there is an hour and a half interview on this round and a 2 hour interview next stage. So it is quite unlike any interview process I went through before. Be interested in hearing any advice from fellow candidates or anyone working there at present. Thanks in advance.
