speed limit fustration

Here's one that boils my blood..driving on my local road 80km and get some egit doing around 60km in the middle of the road yet when we get into the 50km zone they maintain their speed braking that limit...grrr

And slowly but surely they are getting the tickets....Both elderly neighbours have been done like this. Since getting tickets they now drive at 50 all the time irrelevent of the speed limit!
