hello The Ticketmaster site says you will get to contact them only after going through the FAQ section. I've done that but can't see any e-mail details. There is a telephone number but I don't want to ring someone. Thanks.

Ticketmaster's Frequently Asked Questions provide answers to our most common Customer Service enquiries. To find the answer to your question select the relevant topic, enter your keyword in the search field and select Search. You will then be provided with the answers available.

You will not be able to write an email to our Customer Services department unless you have searched using a keyword and viewed the most relevant answer

After you search for your query click on the button 'ask a question' and the email form will appear.
