Do the signatures of both parties to a conacre agreement have to be witnessed by a third person?.
What are the circumstances - any circumstances - where a third person does have to witness the signing at the same time?.

i went through an auctioneer with a bit we took. just got the auctioneer to witness it. just check the fine print it could have anything from painting the gates when your leaving to cleaning the gutters. Most seem to use a generic form.
