Anyone had any dealings with them?

I ask on the phone Thursday morning about making an appointment to see someone for a chat about courses and intern-ships and what's the best path for me to take. Was told on the phone come up and make an appointment. Went up to reception half an hour later and asked could i make an appointment. Told me i can only make an appointment tomorrow, Friday, to come back up then, they are every 20mins from half 9. So Friday came and headed up about elevenish. Walked up to the desk and said could i make an appointment to speak to someone in Intreo for career advice and was promptly told i should have been here at half nine, all appointments are gone and to come back next Friday.

WTF kind of system is that

I phoned the INTREO Blanchardstown office last Thursday-very supportive-took my details-posted me the application form/return envelope and I dropped it back today Wednesday. They have a DROP BOX outside the entry to their offices - gent at door suggested using it as they were processing these faster!!

Listen, good luck to everyone signing on, jobs ARE still be advertised and this situation will pass. Be kind to neighbours and family. Get out the cards, darts, game boards, books and guitars at night and be positive.
