Cloned Visa Debit?!!!!

    Hi ther, just got a phone call from BOI Fraud Department that my Visa was used in States!!!and €200 gone!!! She said that card was cloned...any chance to get my money back? What should i do now? Any advice?

    It does happen, unfortunately.

    You'll most likely get the funds back once the bank has established that it wasn't you (which, by calling you, they probably already feel it wasn't). You'll have to sign some forms etc.

    Be thankful the bank was proactive in this case. All to often the fraudsters can clean an account out before it's noticed.
