Foundation Degree in counselling - what next?

I am in my final semester of a University of Ulster foundation degree in counselling which I am doing in Derry. Would I be as well going on to do something to bring me up to an honours degree level? UU have an add-on course in Jordanstown (professional development) but does anybody else have any suggestions? Lots of the courses I have looked at are very expensive and because I live in Donegal I am limited too. Maybe I should just concentrate on working towards my accreditation first. Just thinking out loud really and interested in what others have done after foundation degree.

    Hi,

I am also in the final year of my degree ordinary BA I'm assuming this is the same as your foundation degree? I am looking to go on to a masters without going to hons, so I am looking at my options regarding this process, just posted looking for advice. Personally speaking, I would go for it if the finances are not an issue, maybe do some client hours while your studying.
