We're lucky if we get through a day without someone robbing it. Like gold in my station!

And i think they're cheap bic ones.

you'd be doing well to get a bic from the station! I use black bic and have no problems with them. Never had one leak once you leave the stopper in.

Put the pen in your pocket nib down, not nib up. The ink'll leak out the bottom as it warms up, but not out through the nib. :)

I tend to use 'marker' style pens cos they write easily onto gloves.

    This too shall pass.

to be honest, it's what ever black biro/pen I can get my hands on. Usually pilfer whatever I can get my hands on.

Pencils don't leak and you can write in the rain.

They just don't teach this stuff any more.

Pencils tend to fade. Especially when in a drawer when rubbed against other documents.

Just be sure you go over it in biro later, or the brief will accuse you of altering your contemperaneous notes.
