Dual Landlords in Disagreement

Myself and my husband rented out our house last February, so the yearly lease has now expired. We're renting through an agency. We have since separated and while I need the tenants to stay in the house for money purposes, he has just contacted the agency and told them he wants them to get the tenants out. What rights do I have as one half of the landlords and is there anything I can do to stop him? I would really appreciate any legal advice, Thanks.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
