    Hi All.

    I'm trying to input details of a car into cartell but i'm getting this error.

    Vehicle Registration CertificateNot Matched -Please check that the Vehicle Registration Certificate number has been entered correctly. Check if the certificate referes to this particular vehicle.

    The chasis and nct both match but the guy im buying it of says the following.

    its in section j4 "previous reg number DP****6789

    Is this the correct info he should be providing me with ?

    Registration certificate number is on the front page of certificate.
    It's just on top right.
