hello all, i plan to sow grass on a small plot of land below my house and then use raised beds on it. my house is built on a massive flag stone, this then juts out over another flag on which the said plot of land sits. my problem is that there is a constant drip of water running off the top flag(even in dry weather) which then soaks into the plot and makes the land unworkable. how can i drain it because i cant dig into the rock?! i was thinking of running a strip of concrete along the bottom flag to divert the water, would this work? silly question maybe but its wreckin my head! please give some suggestions, anyone!

not sure, dont really see any other signs of it, could be a spring i suppose, really dont know how to direct the water away. had spuds set there last year and the bottom corner was always very soggy
