Easter eggs!

So, earlier I ate an entire easter egg, I just couldnt contain myself! Now I feel horribly guilty.

However, what annoys me the most is the pure price of easter eggs and chocolate here in Ireland! I was over in the UK last week, and I picked up a large Yorkie easter egg, with 2 bars, AND a mug! It only cost me £2 in Tesco (approximately €2.30)

I come back here to Ireland, and the exact same easter egg in tesco, costs €8.50! It's a bloody disgrace Joe! At this stage I'm more worried about the price and availability of chocolate than petrol.

So Ah, what easter eggs do you love/hate?

Once you factor in the cost of your flights to the UK, €8.50 isn't so bad.

The giant Kinder egg one. Shame they replaced the toy with some soft plush crap.

The smaller ones aren't too bad in price. Who wants a mug with an egg anyway.

Anyone know where to get Black Magic eggs?

Local centra do 3 Easter eggs for a fiver every year. 167g eggs mostly with the bars/sweets included. I reckon that's good value.

My Mrs. has devoured about 9 of them already.

I'm gonna get a Maltesers bunny one. Those maltesers bunnies are so good. They are the bar version of the Maltezer chocolate from Celebrations...

I'm hoping for a nice dark chocolate easter egg. Failing that I've got a tub of Ben and Jerry's winter berry ice cream in the freezer. Mr Pumpkinseeds loves white chocolate but I'm having a hell of a job finding a decent one in Clare/Limerick. I saw some great ones online in the uk but they were almost 30 pounds plus 10 pounds for shipping:eek:, I'm not paying that for one:(
