Internet keeps cutting out - Have to reset the adapter every 15 minutes!

So my internet keeps cutting out and I troubleshoot the problem which solves the issue by resetting the wireless network adapter. But it goes again after about 15 minutes. Is there any way of solving this permanently? My router is a netgear N150. I'm using Windows 7. Can anyone help me?

Try changing channel on the router. Use Inssider to see what channels are in use nearby and pick one well away from the others
