    I found my retail version of this, but don't have a CD/DVD/BR Drive to install it. Just wondering if anyone knows if there's somewhere i could download it and use my retail key to activate, or are they tied to disc?

    I think you may be able to activate the key on GFWL Marketplace client.

    Haven't had any issues myself. You don't even need the client running when you go to launch the game. Just launch the Game EXEs. :)

    This isn't GFWL for ingame ****, it's the GFWL Marketplace client. Different thing completely.
