Flat Roof 2008 - now leaking but don't know the company who installed

    Hoping that some one may be able to help me with this...

    We built an extension to our house in 2008 with a flat roof. We went for an Alkor material and rather than the builder installing it we chose to get an approved installer to do that job. This was on the understanding that we would get a warranty on both the material and installation so that if it leaked we would have no issues.

    Roll on 4 years. The roof is now leaking but I no longer have the paper work for the company who installed it (yes I should have kept better records). I have the original quote but they are saying that it might not have been them to do the actual installation.

    Can anyone give me some advice on how to proceed? Repairs are quote at 2.6k+VAT :eek:

    Any advice greatly appreciated.
