Just wondering if anyone can offer me some information. have been suspended on full pay and have just been told that the matter is going disciplinary. am currently suffering from depression which admittedly has had an effect on my performance in my job.
Am allowed to go on sick leave whilst suspended in lieu of a disciplinary hearing?? know it sems like am putting off the inevitable but am genuinely suffering from depression and need a few weeks to get my head around the whole situation. Will the company have to reschedule any disciplinary hearing until such time as i am able to attend the meeting??
