    hey,
have just herd from someone that if you are playing Itunes paid for music in a public place/shop, you can avoid IMRO fees?

because the royalties have already been paid by Itunes

anyone heard of this before ?
    thanks!

iTunes is no different to buying a CD/DVD/vinyl record, you may not play any of them in a business premieses without paying the fees. Check your iTunes agreement T&Cs.
